Just how Bad is Dehydration?

How many more ads are we going to read or hear about on drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day? I myself, had really heard enough about that. How many people actually drink eight glasses of water a day? Every day? You would have to be almost a fish to constantly be thinking of water like that all the time. Plus I am thin and that would make me full and not want to eat. Then again if you are trying to lose weight that might not be such a bad idea.

Well, let me tell you that ever since the beginning of this year I have been having more and more problems lately. Anxiety attacks and aches and pains in my muscles, tired all the time. Sure I went to the doctor and guess what he had to say? Drink more water. Are you kidding me? Lack of Water is going to give me this kind of problems? So I started to doing research and my panic attacks happened twice the day after me drinking the night before. I had a few too many beers with the guys but no big deal so I thought. My body was actually Dehydrated and then my body went into a panic attack From the dehydration. Twice this happened! My lack of water drinking made my muscles ache because I need to keep them hydrated. I am tired because I don't (You guess it) drink enough water.

I guess it's true then that when you get older you really do have to watch out for yourself because you are acting like you are still are in your early 20's. So now I drink more water and guess what? Really am more energetic. Now is it all from drinking more water? Probably not but one thing at a time. More water drinking, more exercise, going to bed earlier, taking vitamins and I feel better. By the way, I don't drink that dirty water out of the sink. We have it filtered. Which if you ever saw drinking water in a clear glass and put it up to light, you might see some particles floating around. Very gross! Actually, just doing my normal daily living but doing it the way I am actually suppose to be doing it. The way of a healthy 37 year old man who is not longer dehydrated!
